Delivery

We strive to dispatch your orders on the same day. For products that require additional sourcing time, the delivery period is up to 3 business days as stated in the product details. In case of potential delays, you will be informed.

Your delivery method will be processed according to the option selected at the time of order. Shipments are made via Yurtiçi Kargo from our Çanakkale-based branch or our Istanbul home office. Orders are handed over to the shipping company within 2 business days following confirmation.

You can contact our customer service for preferred delivery options. Our shipping service is only available within Turkey.

Our products are carefully packaged before shipping. Do not accept packages that are damaged or leaking. In such cases, return rights will not apply.

Payment Tracking

In the event of technical issues in the payment system, transaction results are reported instantly.

If there is an error in the delivery address, the order owner will be contacted.

Your information is confirmed via an automatic confirmation email sent to your registered email address.

Credit card transactions are processed in accordance with banking regulations.

Return Conditions

1. You have the right to return products within 30 days from the delivery date (or from the date of contract signing for service contracts) without providing any reason. Return shipping costs are covered by our company.

2. To initiate a return, a written notice must be submitted within 14 days and the products must be returned:
a) With the invoice (for corporate invoices, a return invoice is required)
b) In original packaging and complete
c) Refund within 10 days and return within 20 days after notification
d) If returned due to customer misuse, compensation for damages will be required

Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns are not accepted for products whose packaging has been opened for health/hygiene reasons or if the return period has expired. Cosmetic products must be unopened and unused.

For Bagno di Roma products purchased from other sellers, the return policy of the respective seller applies.

Return Approval

Returns received at our warehouse will be reviewed within 10 business days. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, and you will be notified via email.
