In the application and interpretation of this agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below.

| Orderer: | A natural or legal person placing an order through the Seller's website |
| Parties: | Refers to the Seller and the Buyer |

| Goods: | Products subject to shopping |
3. Subject
This Agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) specified below, ordered electronically by the Buyer via the Seller’s website.
The listed prices and descriptions on the site are the selling prices. These prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Time-limited offers remain valid until the indicated expiration date.
